Returns Policy
WARRANTY & RETURNS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect all Goods delivered for shortages or damages.
- ROUSE HILL IRRIGATION & EQUIPMENT provides a limited warranty on the terms of the Instruction Booklet provided with the Goods and the Warranty Policy provided on the Product Website
- The Customer must notify ROUSE HILL IRRIGATION & EQUIPMENT in writing within 30 days of any short supply or damaged Goods. The Customer must comply with any instructions from ROUSE HILL IRRIGATION & EQUIPMENT for the return of any Goods.
- We will issue you with a Goods Returns Form, explain our simple returns procedure and discuss the easiest and most convenient way for goods to be shipped back to us.
- Should you have to return a product, we will ask you to provide the original tax invoice, copy tax invoice or delivery docket and any instruction manuals, information booklets or containers that were shipped with it.
- Goods returned for credit will only be accepted with the prior written consent of ROUSE HILL IRRIGATION & EQUIPMENT. A restocking fee of 20% of the Price may be charged to the Customer.
